For just $185 we can come and perform a thorough testing and inspection for your air-conditioning's operation functions and conditions, which includes the following services:
1. Outdoor Condenser Unit chemical wash to restore its efficiency of dissipating heat.
2. Freon level inspection to verify leaks (if top off Freon is needed, you will buy additonal Freon which is not included in this $185.)
3. Electrical components condtion visual inspection and instrument testing if necessary.
4. Attic Coil condition visual inspection.
5. Primary drain line and secondary drain line clogging condition evaluation.
6. Inspect and change out your house return air filters (filters will be provided by customer).
7. Attic duct overall condition inspection for critters or natural damages and leaks etc.
(***Note: $185 charge is for Spring and The Woodlands residents, other regions in the Greater Houston Area, there will be a $65 fuel and travel time surcharge.)
