If I could provide 10 stars I would. I have dealt with many AC contractors which simply swoop in, are quick to replace your system opposed to find out the true issue and provide an inflated price then leave. Charles met me with short notice and spent 5 hours at my home properly and actually identifying the true cause then prescribing the proper solution that actually resolved the issue opposed to everybody else citing that I needed an entirely new system. 1 year later and I haven't had any issue!!!
